A pleasant character cottage on the riverside. An ideal relaxing holiday with lots of places to visit locally and would recommend this highly.

The cottage was really lovely with everything you could need (and more) for a real home from home. We really enjoyed being able to sit in the garden and fish at the same time or just to watch the boats going by. We would defintely return here for another holiday.

We spent a wonderful time in this lovely cottage. It is well equipped, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect and we enjoyed watching the boats sailing by. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we definitely recommend this cottage for a stay.

A lovely cottage in an idyllic sitation, well equipped and comfortable, we would recommend it highly and intend to return. Lovely river views from most rooms, fishing from the garden and day boat hire next door.

A most peaceful and restful holiday was had by all in our party of 6 adults, the well equipped accommodation and friendliness of the owner and local people were exceptional. Cottage is well situated for trips to Norwich and Lowestoft, also walking distance to the centre of Beccles.

A lovely setting by the riverside, so relaxing to watch the boats going by. The fishing from the garden is certainly a bonus!

The perfect cottage for fishing and relaxing - a real home from home equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beccles is within easy walking distance and is a lovely town for browsing around.

This was by far the best cottage holiday we have had. A beautiful cottage with all needs met and really friendly staff. Fantastic views and brilliant fishing - we will be returning soon!
